coaching after cancer

help with your work and career path after cancer

Our 2019 coaching programme is closed but please get in touch to find out when we’ll be launching our 2020 programme.

We know that finding your feet after a cancer diagnosis isn’t easy.

Over the last five years, we’ve developed a coaching programme to help young adults with cancer with their work-life balance. Whether you’re thinking of changing your job, looking for a new one or even starting your own business, our coaching programme can help!

Through this programme we’ve supported dozens of young adults to make career decisions and changes that suit them and their needs. This free programme gives you access to highly skilled coaches who have experience supporting young adults just like you.

What is coaching, and how can it help?

Coaching is a methodology that helps people to identify and move towards their goals.  It’s future-focused and outcome-based and it aims to help you identify the skills and resources that you already have. Coaching isn’t about telling you what to do; it’s about supporting you to make decisions that can kick start a change.

We run this programme once or twice a year depending on demand and funding. We start with a one-day workshop and then assign each participant a coach. Each “coachee” receives three one-hour coaching sessions via Skype. At the end of the programme we run a final workshop which gives you the chance to catch up with your coach and others on the programme.
