Vote for us in the Aviva Community fund

Make a difference for young adults living with Cancer.

We are taking part in the Aviva community fund project again!

We are asking Aviva for £10,000 to help us fund next year's Shine Connect. Voting is simple, all we need you to do is to follow the link and vote for Shine - it's a simple as that!

It would also be great if you could share the link with all your family and friends.

Thank you in advance for voting!

We need your help!

Every year Shine runs a survey to understand how we're doing and what we could do better. We'd be very grateful if you could take a few minutes to fill in this survey. It will help us when we're trying to raise money from funders - and there's a £25 gift card for one lucky winner (if you want to add your email address - otherwise you can do the survey totally anonymously!)

Join us at our London fundraiser on Saturday, November 12th at 7:30pm

Save the date! Join Shine London for a night of music and comedy at the brand new Union Theatre in Southwark. Come and enjoy performances from some very special guests followed by a set from Toby Peach, an award-winning actor and theatre director who tours with his one man show 'The Eulogy of Toby Peach' (winner of the IdeasTap Underbelly Award 2015). For a sneak preview of the man in action visit his website here. We'll have raffles, prizes and a tree of life where you can help us raise money while getting your hands on some fantastic bargains!

Put the date in your diary - tickets available from the Union Theatre website

Great Escape January 2017 - Applications are now closed

The Great Escape is an opportunity for men and women in their 20s, 30s and 40s to meet others their age affected by cancer, to explore issues which are important to them and – most importantly – to have fun.

Workshop topics include managing anxiety, fitness, fertility and working after cancer.  It’s a packed agenda with plenty of down-time built in so still you have time to chill out or explore Bournemouth.
